    Everything we do is tailored around your lifestyle, preferences, and schedule. Some weeks that means three structured workouts and flexible meals; others might focus more on stress, sleep, and hormone balance.
    Our goal is to build a plan that feels realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable - not restrictive or overwhelming. Many of our clients do not track calories at all during their time with us.
    We adopt a collaborative approach to coaching and no changes will be made to your plan without discussion with your coach.

    Should you wish to maximize results within the program it is essential that you follow your coach’s guidance specific to your goals.

  • You’ll have daily access to your coach via in-app messaging - they will be available to answer your questions and provide feedback at any time.

    You will meet your coach on an initial 30 minute On-Boarding call and your coach will be available for weekly progress reports.

    You’ll always know what to focus on, why it matters, and how to make it work - with a real person supporting you every step of the way.

  • No - you don’t need any prior experience.
    We’ll tailor your plan based on your current fitness level, confidence, and environment. Whether you’re new to exercise or already training, we’ll meet you where you are and design a plan that works. This may include workouts designed for a gym or simply hitting a daily step count - we’ll meet you where you are.

  • We will monitor your progress via our XPC app. Think of this as the ‘Hub’ during your time with us. Within this platform your coach will set your workouts, targets and monitor progress. We’ll be able to track nutrition, exercise compliance, habit compliance, biomarkers and scale weight within the app. It’s also where you will be able to contact them for any guidance and support.

  • Your journey starts with a goal-setting session, where we define clear outcomes around body composition, energy, sleep, and performance.

    You’ll have regular reviews with your coach to track progress, adjust strategy, and stay on course.

    Results depend on your effort and compliance - but you’ll have full support, structure, and accountability every step of the way.

  • Yes, absolutely. It’s never too late to throw yourself into the challenge. Please be aware that the pricing structure will remain the same, even if you start the program after April 13, 2026.
