  • We recommend a minimum commitment of 6 months to create lasting results.
    That’s enough time to build strong foundations, balance hormones, improve energy, and see visible body composition changes - all in a sustainable way. Many clients choose to continue beyond this, to our Graduate Program, once they see the transformation unfold.

  • Investment depends on your chosen coaching tier and timeframe. Pricing varies depending on the level of support, coaching access, and program duration you choose. During your consultation, we’ll outline the options and find the structure that best fits your goals, schedule and finances.

  • Absolutely not.
    Everything we do is tailored around your lifestyle, preferences, and schedule. Some weeks that means three structured workouts and flexible meals; others might focus more on stress, sleep, and hormone balance.
    Our goal is to build a plan that feels realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable - not restrictive or overwhelming. Many of our clients do not track calories at all during their time with us.
    We adopt a collaborative approach to coaching and no changes will be made to your plan without discussion with your coach.

  • You’ll receive bi-weekly 1:1 coaching calls, weekly check-ins, and ongoing access to your coach via email or in-app messaging.
    You’ll always know what to focus on, why it matters, and how to make it work - with a real person supporting you every step of the way.

  • No - you don’t need any prior experience.
    We’ll tailor your plan based on your current fitness level, confidence, and environment. Whether you’re new to exercise or already training, we’ll meet you where you are and design a plan that works. This may include workouts designed for a gym or simply hitting a daily step count - we’ll meet you where you are.

  • We strongly recommend using Oura technology to keep accountability high and give your coach accurate, real-time data on your sleep, recovery, and readiness.
    We use science to guide every decision in your program, ensuring your plan adapts as your body does.
    Your Oura Ring is included in your package - all you have to do is wear it.

  • Your journey starts with a goal-setting session, where we define clear outcomes around body composition, energy, sleep, and performance.
    You’ll have regular reviews with your coach to track progress, adjust strategy, and stay on course.
    Results depend on your effort - but you’ll have full support, structure, and accountability every step of the way.
